Pre-Fiber Opener
  • Specifications: Machine width ~400mm, production capacities 20-50kg/h, power ~5kw.
  • Characteristics: Loosens fiber bundles, equipped with a strong magnet for metal impurity removal.
Feeding Machine
  • Specifications: Machine width ~500mm, production capacities 20-50kg/h, power 2.25kw.
  • Characteristics: Mixes opened fiber and transfers even cotton layer, controlled by photoelectric constant-weight control and vibrating plate.
Carding Machine
  • Specifications: Machine working width 500mm, cylinder diameter ~500mm, output capacity ~3kg/h.
  • Characteristics: Suitable for combing artificial fibers, high-speed combing for even mesh, equipped with anti-metal protection device.
Cross Lapper
  • Specifications: Input apron width 500mm, output apron working width 1000mm, total power ~5KW.
  • Characteristics: Folds and paves the mesh evenly, controlled by frequency conversion.
Needle Punching Machine
  • Specifications: Machine working width 1000mm, needle stroke 55-60mm, needle density 4000-5000s/m, total power ~5kw.
  • Characteristics: Suitable for producing nonwovens, asphalt felt substrate, geotextile, with upstroke and downstroke styles.
Winding & Cutting Machine
  • Specifications: Machine width 1000mm, liner speed 1-15m/min, total power 1.5kw.
  • Characteristics: Cuts required width and length for packing.
