A locally fabricated research system with integrated process controls

The project combined vessel fabrication with the control and utility functions needed for supervised bioreaction work. The delivered configuration used stainless steel 316L construction and included mechanical stirring, interchangeable impellers, liquid-handling ports and safety provisions.

Automatic pH dosing, PT-100 temperature sensing, gas-flow control and a rapid-cooling chiller were integrated into the project scope, followed by installation, commissioning and user training.
